Cerapio Vallejo Rugs For Your Log Cabin Furniture And Decor
Log Cabin Decor, Log Cabin Furniture
I’m starting a series on the beautiful artwork created by artists from the web site Novica.com.
The first featured artist is Cerapio Vallejo who hails from Peru and makes exquisite tapestries and rugs from wool. Cerapio draws the inspiration for his unique works from his ancient Peruvian cultures, Andean village life, and from the snow-capped mountains where he lives.
He learned his craft from his parents and grandparents and has perfected it over the course of many years. His work has been featured in many magazines, newspapers and on television including PBS here in the United States.
Cerapio’s work is reminiscent of the southwestern style that is so prevalent in log cabin decor and rustic decor. His work would be perfect for you if you are looking to decorate your cabin or home in the Southwestern motif.
Have a look at more of Cerapio’s artwork here.

Much of the rustic art that masquerades as decor for your country home or log cabin is a bit cheesy or a bit too cutesy these days.
